When you put vegan food and free in the same sentence, I'm there! No cap.
Today only Jan 30, 2020 Denny's is giving away free Beyond Meat burgers to officially launch/ celebrate adding the plant based option to their menu. If you have yet to try beyond meat products today is a great day to give plant based a try. To get this freebie you would just need to dine in, and purchase a beverage. That's it.
If you are newly vegan, or trying to be completely plant based the cheese and the sauce that's included on the burger is NOT plant based. The Bun is multigrain so its a big chance that it is vegan friendly, but please ASK first. In my experience most restaurants that serve the plant based patty, has a bun made with egg in it, so be cautious. My keto friends the beyond patty is only 6g carbs 2g fiber, 20g of protein. Put it on a lettuce wrap, add avocado, etc... Hungry yet? Me too.
